spicy chickpea wraps



1 can chickpeas

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp coconut oil

2 tbsp hot sauce of choice


  1. Combine all of the ingredients together on a frying pan and cook until chickpeas are warm and fully coated

  2. Transfer the chickpeas to a romaine lettuce “boat” and drizzle with ranch of choice (I used a homemade tahini ranch)
