brownie batter baked oatmeal



1/2 banana mashed

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/ tsp baking powder

Dash of salt

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 cup almond milk


  1. Mix everything together and then transfer to an oven safe dish

  2. Bake in an oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes

  3. Once finished, top with chocolate chips, yogurt of choice (I use coconut yogurt), and goji berries

  4. Enjoy!!
